    First Point Group are recruiting on behalf of our client, a multinational organization. They’re a global system integrator and a supplier of end-to-end telecommunications solutions for mission-critical and carrier networks.

    Job Description:

    • Work in the UK Service Delivery Management team and is responsible for providing technical skills to support our customers remotely and onsite.
    • Typical day to day tasks will focus on implementing solutions for our customers as well as troubleshooting issues reported by the clients.
    • The role will also entail supporting project activities to implement new technology/systems, features and functionality.
    • You would be part of a great team who will support you and your career growth.

    Required Experience:

    • Extensive experience in GSM Core technologies (MSC, HLR, SCP, STP).
    • Strong expertise in IP (end-to-end wireless network), and Virtualisation (Desirable).
