As an Asia Sales Support Manager, I oversee operations in both Hong Kong and Shenzhen. Internally, my duty is to coordinate different departments in Asia and escalate any issues to HQ as necessary. Externally, I am liaising with clients, management companies and candidates to contribute to providing an excellent recruitment service.
