I started my journey in recruitment in 1997 as a business developer providing IT contractors to SMEs, before moving into senior account management supporting such clients as BT, MCI WorldCom and Nissan.

In 2004 my path took an unexpected turn into the commercial and operational side of international telecommunications recruitment, working with some of the sector’s leading companies.

My Role

In my capacity as Group Commercial Director, I review and negotiate all commercial contracts and agreements, ensuring favourable commercial terms are being achieved and maintained across the company’s international office network. Another key element of my role is assessing the Group’s exposure to risk vis-à-vis its contractual obligations and the various statutory requirements specific to the markets or countries in which it operates.
