I always aim to deliver high levels of customer/client service. I am currently based in the Johannesburg office where I am a sales support administrator to the sales team on the Ericsson Sub – Sahara contract. My daily responsibilities include; creating contracts, liaising with the sales team, management companies and the contractors to ensure the processes to getting the contractor on site run as smoothly as possible, and accurately completing spreadsheets for senior management.
